• UK & Europe: 5-10 business days
• US & Canada: 7-12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10-15 business days
Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is not included in shipping estimates.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At the moment, we only offer standard shipping. We are working on adding express options in the future.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress. If you haven’t received a tracking update within 5 days, contact us at info.lumierecadeaux@gmail.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔ You must provide proof of purchase.
✔ Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Order Issues & Support

Q: My package is delayed, what should I do?
