Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    •    Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

    •    You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

    1.    Contact our customer support team at info.lumierecadeaux@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

    2.    Ship your items back to our return address (we’ll provide that once you contact us).

    3.    Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or send out a replacement.

  Refunds:

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned product.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info.lumierecadeaux@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue by offering a full refund or sending a replacement.
